Iced Coffee Lemonade Recipe

Iced Coffee lemonade: It’s like a darker, bolder, more exciting Arnold Palmer. Here’s the deliciously simple recipe.
Ingredients
  • 1 cup double-strength coffee* (try Starbucks® Kenya brewed in a Coffee Press)
  • ½ cup lemonade (fresh-squeezed or readymade)
  • Splash of sparkling water
For Homemade Lemonade (Makes about 3 cups)
  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • 2 cups water
  • ¼ cup fresh-squeezed lemon juice
Directions Make Homemade Lemonade:
In a small saucepan, combine sugar and ¼ cup of the water. Stir over medium heat until sugar has dissolved into simple syrup, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool completely.

In a pitcher or large jar, add remaining water, the simple syrup and lemon juice. Stir to combine. Store in an airtight container, refrigerated, for up to 3–4 weeks.

Make Iced Coffee Lemonade:
Fill a glass with ice. Pour double-strength coffee and lemonade over the ice. Stir together, then top with a splash of sparkling water and lemon slice. Serve and enjoy.

*Note: Because the ice and lemonade will dilute the coffee, you’ll want to double brew it. If you’re using a coffee press, add four tablespoons of coffee to every six ounces of water.
