Smooth and bold, cold brew coffee is the perfect mixer. Craft this coffee cocktail with high-quality vanilla-flavored vodka, Starbucks® Cold Brew Coffee, a shot of coffee liqueur and an espresso bean garnish.

Do ahead: Make cold brew coffee using Starbucks® Cold Brew Coffee Pitcher Packs and chill martini glasses.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Pour cold brew, vodka and coffee liqueur into shaker and shake.
Add one espresso bean to each chilled glass.
Strain into glasses.
Serve and enjoy.

  • 2 espresso beans (we used Starbucks® Espresso Roast)
  • 2oz (2 shots) cold brew coffee (we used Starbucks® Cold Brew Coffee Pitcher Packs)
  • 4oz vanilla-flavored vodka
  • 2oz coffee-flavored liqueur
Directions Place two martini glasses in the freezer to chill for up to one hour. Put one espresso bean in the bottom of each glass. Pour the cold brew, vodka and coffee liqueur into a shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into the chilled martini glasses, serve and enjoy.
