To create our signature small-batch recipe, Starbucks senior product developer Michelle Sundquist and her team spent months experimenting with different brew times and coffee varietals from Latin America to Africa to find the perfect combination. Crafted by hand, it takes 20 hours to make each batch, for a remarkable flavor you won’t find anywhere else.
